Different strokes

DSC_0257It was a rather windy and cool evening when I took the camera out for a ‘walk’ at one of my favorite places on the Arad coast. This area, who many call the ‘dhow graveyard’, presents a lot of opportunities for any photographer, especially for someone like me who tries to experiment with various camera settings.DSC_0260
These two shots, taken on the same settings (f8, ISO125, 20 seconds) from the same spot, within moments of each another show just that experimentation.
However, the picture on the top was on the ‘vivid’ mode while the one on the right was taken on the ‘neutral’ mode. Both look striking enough but for the gentleman in the shack, who is better profiled in the picture above!
