The Real Heroes

ImageImage It’s a blistering day in Bahrain today. It’s also the weekend when most residents are indoors, or in malls, or driving around in the country – in other words, safely ensconced in the air conditioned comfort of their cars, homes or shopping centres.
Yet, this group of men are busy in the sweltering heat repainting the minaret of a Manama mosque.
It’s these workers who are any city, town or country’s real heroes. They are the silent workers, who make sure we are comfortable at work or while at leisure. And, it’s again these mostly low-paid people who are the “wheels” any country’s movement.
May their tribe live long!
